While the service was kind and helpful, the disappointment came from the rocky beach instead of the anticipated sandy shore. Despite some minor inconveniences, my stay at the hotel was pretty pleasant overall. The room I stayed in was partially cleaned, and one had issues with the A/C, which was a bit frustrating. However, the other room I had was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, which was a major plus.
